No. Your Credit or Debit card verification is different from your Billing or Delivery address.

There are many possible reasons for a credit or debit card not being accepted, such as:

• The card is expired

• You have reached or exceeded your credit limit

• You have exceeded your daily charge limit

• Other technical problems beyond our control

If you have problems submitting your credit card payment, please contact your bank for help. AudioPro can also help, but please note that we will ask you for any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the reference number seen on your failed Order.

You will be billed as soon as the transaction is Completed through PayGate. Some banks may choose to show your purchase as a pending transaction but in most cases your transaction is immediate.

In case of multiple shipments on the same order, you will not be charged more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed the order.

The charge for your order will appear on your card statement as: “AudioPro Solutions (Pty) Ltd” or “AudioPro Phoenix”

Yes. In addition to debit or credit cards we accept Zapper as well as EFT (Electronic Fund Transfers). Cards are subject to them being issued by one of the major credit card companies (Visa® or MasterCard®).

VAT needs to be paid by law in South Africa. Vat is charged to our products however, AudioPro is currently Vat Pending.

You can print a copy of your invoice from the Order History page once your Order is Completed and Delivery has taken place. Note: that a Proforma Invoice is issued as soon as the transaction has taken place.
